State-of-the-Art Facility
The Leon Paul Fencing Centre is a 1300 square metre purpose built training venue. Built after the London 2012 Olympics as a home for Salle Paul and a competition venue. The centre also hosted training for the British Olympic Team on their road to Rio. It features state-of-the-art LED floor lighting, integrated scoring systems, and a high performance gym. With a total of 24 pistes always ready to use, you can see why the nation’s best fencers train at UK’s most prestigious fencing centre.

The Centre boasts a performance gym which all athletes can access as part of the performance programme.
Physio Clinic
A separate physio room is located next to the gym and coaches’ office, away from the upstairs fencing area.
Breakout Zone
Salle Paul Phoenix athletes have their own separate breakout area to use as a workspace for homework or quiet relaxation before and after training sessions.
