U13 Boys Sabre:

Matthew Yeremeyev started the day off winning all 6 of his poule matches. Seeded 2nd, he had a bye through to the L64 where he won 12-10 against Derin Poyraz Tasdibi (TUR). In the L32 he had a more comfortable match against Stefan Cretu (ROU), winning 12-4. He then won his L16 match against Balázs Varga 12-7. Matthew finished his day in the L8, losing to Vitalii Nedopas (UKR).

U15 Girls Sabre:

Sophia Chiesa went 5V1D in her poule. After getting a bye into the L64, Sophia beat Nika Ivlieva (UKR) 15-7. In the L32 she lost a close match against Marianna Sosnowska (POL) 15-13.

U13 Boys Foil:

Yousif Wagdi won 5 and lost 1 in his poule. He got a bye through the L256 and won his L128 match 12-6 against Matt Urso (NED).  He had another comfortable win in the L64 against Borys Forecki-Baer (POL), winning 12-3. In the L32 he beat Krzysztof Lubarski (POL) 12-5. In the L16 he lost to Zixiu Huang (GBR) 12-7.

U11 Girls Epee:

Salma wagdi won 5 and lost 1 in her poule. She got a bye through the L128 and then won her L64 match 10-5 against Maria Madeea Mihai (ROU). She continued winning in the L32, beating Tat’ána Knotová (CZE) 10-3. Salma lost a close fight in the L16 against Małgorzata Kozłowska (POL) 6-5.

U13 Girls Epee:

Kaeto Ngoka had 6 victories and 0 defeats in her poule. She got a bye through the L256 and then won her L128 match 12-5 against Ema Jurčová (POL). She then went out in the round of 64, losing to Szofia Jakab (HUN) 12-8.

U15 Girls Epee:

Xanthe Trim started her day off with 2 wins and 3 defeats in her poule. She lost to Anna Babina in the L256.

U11 Boys Epee:

Yifan Zhu won all 6 of his matches in the poules and got a bye through to the L64 after being seeded 3rd. He won this match 6-3 against Piotr Musioł (POL). In the L32 Yifan lost a close match 8-7 against Oliver Vaculović (SVK).

Nick Yin won 5 and lost 1 in the poules. After getting a bye he won 3-2 in the L64 against Aras Tekgündüz (TUR). In the L32 he lost to Kaszó Balázs (HUN) 10-7

Joshan Barik won 4 and lost 2 in the poules. He won his L128 10-3 against Andrei Shein (UKR). In the L64 he beat Piotr Łomotowski-Marzec (POL) 10-7. In the L32 he lost to Adam Wojdyło (POL) 10-3.

Ryan Lian won 3 and lost 2 in the poules. In the L128 he lost 10-5 to Maciej Gyenes (POL).

U13 Boys Epee:

Alfredo Luis-Gomes went 3V2D in his poule. He got a bye through the L256 and then lost in the L128 to Nimród Forgács-Fonth. 

Antonios Moraitis went 0V2D in his poule and unfortunately didn’t make it to the knockout round.

U15 Boys Epee:

Cyrus Lee went 4 up and 2 down in his poule. He got a bye through the L256 and won his first DE 15-12 against Jion Chang (GBR). He went on to win his L64 match against Grzegorz Warecki (POL) 15-9. In the L32 he beat Mykhailo Havadzyn (UKR) 12-8. He finished is competition in the L16, losing a very close 10-9 to Joshua Kress (GER).

Daniel Shulman won 3 and lost 3 in his poule. He won his L256 match 15-7 against Jiří Půhonný (CZE). In the L128 he lost 15-13 to David Molnar (ROU).
