Fencers coming to the camp need to arrange their own transport and hotel accommodation in London. The cost of the camp covers all training sessions. Salle Paul Phoenix is not responsible for fencers outside of training times.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy will apply, based on the notice period before the start of the camp:

• 14 days or more before the camp starts: 90% refund
• 5–13 days before the camp starts: 50% refund
• 48 hours to 4 days before the camp starts: 25% refund
• Less than 48 hours before the camp starts: No refund

Exceptional Circumstances:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Exceptional cases, such as a serious injury supported by medical evidence or a family bereavement, will be considered on an individual basis. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

This policy applies to cancellations of either the entire camp booking or individual days or sessions within a camp.
