September 8, 2026

Emily Holder 3-weapon experience at the Para Fencing World Cup!

Emily Holder competed in Thailand at the Para fencing World Cup and finished 17th in the sabre event. She had a tough pool and finished it with 3V3D. Unfortunately in her first DE, Emily lost to Tetiana Pozniak (UKR) with the score 15-4.

Next day Emily took her foil and was seeded 8th. She got her first victory in the DE against Altaie Donya (IRQ), but in the next round she lost to Nadiia Doloh (UKR) with the score 15-6 leaving Emily in 13th position.

2 days later Emily competed in the Epee event, where in the poule round she won 4 matches and lost 2. Unfortunately she lost in the first DE to Irina mishurova (NPA) with the score 15-7 and was 19th in the overall ranking.

That was a strong start in September and we believe Emily’s victories are just ahead!
