The final was against one of our sparring partners, Barnaby Halliwell and it began with Jonathan taking a very strong lead at the beginning. Though Barnaby started to collect some more touches as the fight went on, Jonathan’s lead was too great and concluded with a score of 15-10. Fantastic fencing from Jonathan for the entire day and a gold medal to show for it.
